Sound Immersion with Floating Rest

JeriLyn will guide you into a floating savasana in the comfort of an aerial yoga hammock. As you settle into your suspended rest, Anne will envelop you in a soothing meditative soundscape crafted from organic sounds. Yes - this class is a suspended savasana with a sound bath. Pure bliss!

Vibrational Yin with Floating Rest & Sound Immersion

This unique class combines the benefits of yin yoga, acupressure, and sound healing to provide a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Have you experienced Yin yoga with tuning forks? Well . . . you must! After the mat-based practice, you'll retreat to your aerial hammock for a sound bath. Oh. My.

Anne and I can't wait to share this experience with you!

Saturday 6/22: 10:30-11:45am

Here's Life . . .

A few personal things to share with you:

1). Do you hate to wait?

I found it necessary to reframe my concept of waiting. Click the image below to see my Instagram post on the topic:

2). The Yard Project

All this the rain has been an obstacle. When it hasn't been a wet, muddy mess, I've been spending most of my time like this . . .

You'll find an update on the blog, including a before an "after" photo HERE.

3). When He Always Says No . . .

With all the rain, I had some time to write. Thus, a new blog post.

It's an article that's a bit "tongue in cheek", but true, nonetheless. Can anyone relate? I opened up comments on this post, just in case you have feedback for me . . . or him. 😄

I do hope you'll be joining me for International Yoga Day!!
