Sound Immersion with Floating Rest
JeriLyn will guide you into a floating savasana in the comfort of an aerial yoga hammock. As you settle into your suspended rest, Anne will envelop you in a soothing meditative soundscape crafted from organic sounds. Yes - this class is a suspended savasana with a sound bath. Pure bliss!

This unique class combines the benefits of yin yoga, acupressure, and sound healing to provide a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
Have you experienced Yin yoga with tuning forks? Well . . . you must! After the mat-based practice, you'll retreat to your aerial hammock for a sound bath. Oh. My.
