JeriLyn will guide you into a floating savasana in the comfort of an aerial yoga hammock. As you settle into your suspended rest, Anne will envelop you in a soothing meditative soundscape crafted from organic sounds. Yes - this class is a suspended savasana with a sound bath. Pure bliss!
This unique class combines the benefits of yin yoga, acupressure, and sound healing to provide a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
Have you experienced Yin yoga with tuning forks? Well . . . you must! After the mat-based practice, you'll retreat to your aerial hammock for a sound bath. Oh. My.
Anne and I can't wait to share this experience with you!
I've been thinking . . . about my mission, next steps, and what I want to offer going forward. I've been pondering what I could share . . . what I should share . . . what I want to share. Furthermore, I've been contemplating HOW I might share.

These words resonate deeply with my philosophy and approach. I don’t believe in gurus. I avoid anyone who declares themselves as such. I believe in the power of facilitation. Facilitators have been invaluable in my journey of personal growth. As such, at the heart of all my offerings lies a central mission: How can I help you tune in? How can I hold space in a way that unveils the profound wisdom, strength, and peace that lies within you? My events are designed to help you: quiet the external noise synch body, mind, heart, spirit, and listen to your innate intelligence. I believe that the answers you seek have always been there. It is my mission to guide people home.
Thank you for walking this path with me.
I’m humbled by your presence.
I’m blessed to be on this journey with you.
Your path enriches and inspires me, and all who surround you.

I hope to celebrate International Yoga Day with you!!
