I recently returned from a week teaching yoga in Tulum and, despite jumping right back into life, I'm still thinking about the experience.
Every morning, an eight o'clock rooftop class above the jungle, followed by an eleven o'clock on the sand at the Beach Club. In between, everything else I needed.
I wrote a reflection on the experience — the location, the Tulum vibe, the bathtub on the balcony. There's a short reel embedded in the post too, if you want the visual version.
This is the third workshop in my seasonal series. Two hours of flowy aerial yoga, essential oils, breathwork, extended floating savasana, and a closing herbal tea ritual. ONE SPOT LEFT.
This is a one-hour event held in my backyard in the soft light of morning. It includes a 30-minute gentle vinyasa flow on the lawn by the fountain, then craft americanos and conversation on the lower patio — pulled fresh from a medium roast organic bean from Peru, with or without cream.
Our topic for conversation: morning routines. There's a 6' privacy fence and a flat lawn space; weather backup is my indoor studio.
Personal note: Our second grandchild is expected in July, so I won't be scheduling any July events. I need to be free to drop everything when the call comes. 🥰
This is a 45-minute breath and floating meditation experience. If you've never been in a hammock before, this is where to start. If you've come before, come back when stillness has been hard to come by.
Practical tools for finding balance in a full life. A weekly newsletter on breath, rest, movement, and attention. Real & direct, no fluff. One practice I'm teaching that week. One quote, reference, or piece of research that's shaping how I think. I run a private aerial yoga studio in West Omaha while working full-time in corporate. Both inform what I teach. Curated wellness events are offered in my boutique studio. My Website: www.jerilynfrisbie.com
